ALL ABOUT TODAY: 18 June


Today was a day filled with SO MANY TEMPTATIONS or rather I was craving everything and the trash can too! I stood strong! It feels good. I started tracking my food on "fatsecret" again. Even though my heart is good and I try my best I do go off the road and needs to come back to the basics again. Tracking my food helps me to know how much carbs, proteien and fats I take in daily. I log in the morning and then I know what I can eat through the day.
