Bread in a Mug!

Discovering this recipe has changed my low carb life! I use this batter for pancakes, pizza base, hamburger buns and base for a muffin.  It only has 6 net carbs for the whole batch.

Here is my lunch yesterday:   I stacked the "bun in a mug" with tomato, tuna and cucumber and mayonnaise.
