ALL ABOUT TODAY: 1 July


The beginning of a new MONTH! It is middle summer here and we will be going on holiday the end of this month....... off course I'm dreaming of wearing my swimsuit with flair and knowing that I'm at my goal weight....... It feels like my goal has drifted further and further away as I have been slipping..... and picking up weight slowly but surely........ A bite of that and a bit of this ...... NO HARM! But OH THE SCALE DOES NOT LIE! ;)

Pulling myself together this week as I feel confident to weight 70kg this summer!
