I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 19 June
I didn't log my food today. I left home early this morning with the kids into the city and came home this evening..... showered and got ready for a family photo shoot. What a life! ;) Tomorrow is a new day and more normal, if there is normal.
BREAKFAST was two eggs, coffee and cream.
I had another coffee with lots of whipped cream in the city and a cute coffee place.
I ate too much chicken and cabbage last night and slept so bad with a full tummy....wondering all night why I get myself into situations like that. This morning I wasn't even hungry for breakfast. By lunch time I decided to skip lunch and enjoy a good deal of water.
SUPPER was when I came home early evening. I was starving! I had some more left over stir fried cabbage with a tin of tuna and a big lettuce salad drizzled with olive oil.
It seems like my weight have stalled.... and I need a good kick in the bud! I decided to do a chicken and vegetable soup for the next few days. Having my eggs for breakfast but the soup for lunch and supper. I'm hoping to get to loose some more weight to get to my goal of 70kg. JUMP STARING EVERYTHING AGAIN. ... Yes! Weekend is probably not the best time to start this but where I can choose I will have the soup.
In the past when I have gone on the soup fast for lunch and supper it has really gotten me through a slump and I started loosing again.
