ALL ABOUT TODAY: 3 July


I started a weight loss challenge this morning! From Thursday today to next week Thursday. I'm just not getting anywhere and thought a challenge will get me going again. It is so much more encouraging when people are doing a weight loss effort with you.

I weight in a WHOPPING 77 KILOGRAMS blush blush! Reality is reality...........

BREAKFAST was 2 baked eggs with a bit of feta cheese. Coffee and cream.

Midd morning just before I left home I had a T of peanut butter.

I had to take my daughter to basketball practice and it turned out to be much later than we thought and we were stuck without lunch. I did take a travel mug with coffee with and added 2T of coconut oil to it. In my hurry to get out the door I added some stevia.....(thought the sweet would be a treat) TOO MUCH OF IT! Normally I do not drink any sweet in my coffee. It was horrible. I sipped on it anyway.

LUNCH turned out to be at a place on a street corner. We had shaved beef wraps. YES I WAS TEMPTED TO EAT THE WRAP but I ate the meat and salad out and wrapped the flour wrap in paper and brought it home for the dog! Way to go!

When we got home late afternoon I was starving again. I had 2 slices of cheese with 2 pieces of cold meat melted in the microwave.

SUPPER was a Korean meat dish called Bulgogi. I made it with chicken strips. It had onion, carrot, chicken, sesame oil and seeds, ginger etc. inside. My family enjoyed it with rice and I wrapped my meat in lettuce leafs. Was a pure delight.

I had allot of water today. It is very hot weather here. Wanted to go for a walk tonight but my batteries are flat. I did allot of walking today maybe for 2 hours with my daughter but not speed walking.
