I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 4 July
It is Friday! It is midd summer holiday here too....... so I'm not so desperate for Friday like in normal days. Grateful for a quiet weekend ahead......
BREAKFAST was a 2 eggs omelette with 1 cup frozen spinach, butter and 2T of grated cheese. Coffee and cream.
Had another mug of coffee with 2T of coconut oil midd morning.
Drinking my water!
LUNCH was 3 cups of chopped lettuce with 2 heaped T of tuna, 1 cup of cubed cucumber and lots of olive oil.
Coffee and cream for a treat.
SUPPER was home made pizza for my family. I had 2 green peppers sliced in halves lengthwise pips removed stuffed with turkey ham, topped off with cheese and baked in the oven with the pizza. It was so good I didn't even wanted to taste the other pizza.
Yes, I am craving the delicious honey oatmeal cookies I made for my family and lots of dark chocolate. I'm telling myself to keep away I want to reach my goal this summer. I can see the 70kg mark on my scale ;)
Just about to hit the road with the dog and my son on his bicycle to walk my 4km walk!
