ALL ABOUT TODAY: 21 July


The LOW CARB JOURNEY is not easy and it lays covered in many temptations....... I have fallen many times and had to get up and go on.....BUT it works and the results are there. I weighed in this morning at a solid 76kg. I'm happy now I can get into the 75s and further.

BREAKFAST: I had two fried eggs in butter with 2T of cream cheese. Coffee and cream.

Midd morning I had another mug of coffee with 2T of coconut oil.

LUNCH was chicken livers! Yes, not everyone is fond of this but I thought it came out really nice. I actually made chicken liver pate. I fried 2 cups of chicken livers in butter and fried it until cooked. I added 1 onion chopped, 1T of balsamic vinegar, lots of black pepper and at the end I added 2T of olive oil to increase the fat and 2T of water. I blended it well in my food processor. My family were pulling up their noses but it was so tasty. I ate it spread on tomato and cucumber slices.

Midd afternoon I had another coffee with cream.  I had a strip of chicken breast cooked with mayonnaise to pull me over to supper.

SUPPER was 3T of ground meat fried with 2 cups of chopped cabbage and 2T of butter added.

Had my one and a half liter of water and waiting for my husband to get back from his run so I can go and walk my 4km walk!

Will see  on the scale tomorrow if this was a good combo for me. I'm playing around trying to figure out what my fats, carbs and protein should be so I can get the most benefit from Low Carb eating.
