I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 7 July

BREAKFAST was a 2 egg omelette with 1 cup of frozen spinach and feta cheese. Coffee and cream. Had may to much coffee today. Was the first day back to school and my daughter started 10th grade home school today! I need grace and allot of coffee.
Midd morning I was starving. We changed the lunch time at our home from 12h00 to 13h00. I used 2T of peanut flour, 1 egg, 1T of olive oil and 1/2t baking powder and made myself a bun in a mug in the microwave and slavered it with butter. Was perfect!
LUNCH was allot of chopped lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, 1 cup of chopped cucumber and half a tin of tuna with olive oil and lots of black pepper.
More coffee with cream.
Had 2T of cream cheese late afternoon. It was house cleaning day..... OH MY FAVORITE ....NOT!
SUPPER is all up in the air....... I made my family lasagna etc. and off course I would like to eat lasagna too. NO WAY! I think I might use a chicken fillet sliced on a bed of zucchini, garlic, a bit of ketchup and grated cheese grilled in the oven. Sounds great to me.
Was another 200g down on the scale this morning. Hoping to kick up a dust storm loosing weight this week. Had allot of water today and going to take the dog for our 4km brisk walk after supper.
