I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 11 July
WOOOOOOO today the weather is super hot and then the electricity goes off...... and middle summer is still coming :D
BREAKFAST - was 2 fried eggs with grated cheese. Coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had another coffee with cream. Didn't feel like coconut oil coffee today.
LUNCH was the usual 3 cups of chopped lettuce, 2T of olive oil, 3 slices of tomato, 1 cup of chopped cucumber and 2T crumbed feta cheese.
Midd afternoon I had 4 slices of spicy sausage heated in the microwave with mayonnaise.
SUPPER - I made zoodles (zucchini strips) and fried it in butter and garlic. I fried chicken strips in butter and topped it off with bacon bits and a dot of mayonnaise. Ate the chicken on top of the zoodles. Was such a tasty supper.
I had a little cup of coffee after supper with 1t of flavored sugar free coffee creamer.
In this heat I do not have a problem getting in my water.
Going to take the dog for a 4km walk when it cools down a little bit.
