I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 14 July
We were without ELECTRICITY the whole afternoon..... it was piping hot weather without the fans......and I had to give up on my mushroom, cheese oven bake....... THEN my husband checked our electricity box and it was kicked off and we thought all the time the electricity of our neighborhood was off....... HMFFFFF all I can say :D
BREAKFAST was 2 fried eggs with butter and a sprinkle of cheese. Coffee and cream.
Midd morning had another coffee and cream. I was out of the house this morning and that kept me out of trouble too.
LUNCH was 3 cups of chopped lettuce, feta cheese and half a tin of tuna. I added 2T of olive oil and 1 cup of chopped cucumber.
Then midd afternoon I was hungry - so I scrambled myself an egg. Filled the hole and I felt great for the rest of the afternoon.
SUPPER was a big issue as the power was off. I managed to make my family's supper on the gas top but was planning on a mushroom and cheese dish in the oven for me. I ended up frying a chicken fillet in a pan on the stove still hoping that the electricity would come on for the mushroom dish. I ended up putting foil over it, in the fridge and keeping it for tomorrow.
Had allot of water and trimmed the bushes in our yard - was a good workout. Was too lazy to go for a walk tonight........ YES AND THEN I ate a bit of chocolate..... Yes, trouble! I should have gone for the walk ;)
