I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 25 August
Good old Monday! I was 77.2 kg on the scale this morning sigh! Wish rather I was in the 76kg range........ Back on eating two meals a day soup today. Hoping to get well into the 75 range this week. NEVER A DULL MOMENT LOW CARBING :D
BREAKFAST was 2 fried eggs with a thin slice of cheese. Coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had a match box size of left over chicken with mayonnaise. Enjoyed my coffee blended with 2T of coconut oil.
LUNCH was a big bowl of the famous chicken low carb soup and 2 cups of chopped lettuce with a dressing of olive oil, lemon and mustard.
Midd afternoon I had a great coffee with a touch of flavored coffee creamer. I also snacked on 8 black olives.
SUPPER was going to be a bowl of the soup......... I poured it in and heated it up in the microwave.... it didnt taste well. I think it went off..... I was disappointed and didnt have a plan B to eat. I ate a few chicken strips with ranch dressing. Will cook another pot of soup tomorrow. Oh well.....
The weather is trying to squeeze the last bit of heat out for the summer IT IS HOT! I had many glasses of water today. I geared the kids up to go walk the dog with me and about three kilometers into the walk it was their end..... I came home with them....
