ALL ABOUT TODAY: 12 August



Here I am going strong! Had so many things going on today from making delicious muesli in the oven for my family to grinding peanuts to peanut butter for my kids. Nothing like warm fresh peanut butter........... I tasted a little and had a few crumbs of the muesli. I NEED TO STAND AND LEARN TO LIVE IN A CARB WORLD!

I logged my food at fat secret today and my carbs were 21, my fats 83 and my protein 54. I feel good about it and hoping to see some change on the scale.

Talk about THE WEATHER it is in the late thirties here and going higher. This is the time I wish we had a pool.

BREAKFAST was 2 fried eggs in butter, coffee and cream.

Midd morning coffee and cream again.

LUNCH was 3 cups of chopped lettuce, a cup of sliced cucumber, 3T of feta cheese, olive oil, black pepper and a sprinkle of vinegar.

Had half a mug of coffee with a dot of cream.

Had two seaweed sheets spread with mayonnaise and a bit of grated cheese for a late afternoon snack.

SUPPER will be half a chicken fillet, with grilled eggplant circles spread with a bit of olive oil and a tomato pepper spread.

Had a lot of water today. No problem finishing 2 liters of water. Actually our family of five finishes a 19 liter can of water a day now in summer. Didnt think we will ever get to this.

Going to take the dog for our 4 kilometer walk tonight. Hoping so that the walking would burn some extra fat ;)

Again and again I just get back to the point where I realize the best way to loose weight the low carb way is to keep to the basics and keep it simple. As simple as that!
Look who is talking...... I'm in the same boat as you. Struggling to loose weight. I'm not giving up going to reach my goal weight of 70kg.
