I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 14 August
Me and my COFFEE DRINKING SWEETHEART! :)
The scale is standing........ I faithfully am going forward...... wise words are: "Not to let the scale decide how much I weigh....... and am worth.... and decide if I'm going forth to walk this path to a healthier me!" So there I have it. For the last year and a half I have learned that the scales are silent often but there is work being done in centimeters. I'm holding onto that now ;)
BREAKFAST was 2 fried eggs in butter, 1T of feta cheese enjoyed with a cup of tomato, cucumber and red pieces.
Midd morning I had a mug of coffee with cream.
LUNCH was chopped lettuce, sliced ghurkins, cucumber slices, 2T of mozarella cheese strip and lots of mayonnaise with olive oil.
Midd afternoon I enjoyed another coffee with cream.
SUPPER will be a ground chicken taco salad. I heaped lettuce then tomato, cucumber, chicken spiced with taco spicing, grated cheese and rounded of with mayonnaise.
Had my 2 liters of water for the day AND AM GOING TO WALK THE DOG for our usual 4km.
A full day of many things.......
