I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 20 August
So exciting I was down another 1.1 kg on the scale this morning. I have lost 2.5 kg this week so far. After my stall for weeks this is so great. Going to do the low carb soup for lunch and supper until Friday and see if I can get a good kick loosing some weight.
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in olive oil. Coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had another coffee with 2T coconut oil. At eleven I had a bowl of the low carb chicken soup.
LUNCH was a bowl of chopped lettuce with olive oil and a bit of salt. I had to go into the city and therefore at my lunch a bit earlier.
I met with a friend and had 2 coffees from a coffee machine....... not sure what the milk was and how high the carbs but it was a treat.
SUPPER was so needed..... I was starving by the time I got home this evening. I had a bowl of the low carb chicken soup for supper.
I had lots of water not sure how much. I also didnt walk the dog tonight but I walked allot in the city today.
Looking forward to see what the scale says tomorrow morning ;)
