ALL ABOUT TODAY: 21 August


Was down another 600g on the scale this morning! Oh Oh what a blessing and treat!

BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in olive oil, coffee and cream.

Midd morning I had coffee with 2T of coconut oil blended in.

LUNCH: Late morning I had a bowl of the low carb chicken soup to pull me over to lunch at one. At lunch I had a big bowl of lettuce leafs with about half a cup chopped cucumber and 2T of olive oil with black pepper and a touch of salt.

I had a coffee with cream for dessert - I wanted to add a bit of coffee creamer instead but was too late.

SUPPER: Late afternoon I had two slices of egg quiche that was left over from Breakfast on Sunday. I was starving and it is house cleaning day I needed that extra bit of energy. So I decided I would add a few strips of red pepper and that would be supper.

Wasnt the best SOUP DAY TODAY..... Tomorrow our family will be going on an outing..... I always fear the food part of it...... I can not drag soup around but will have soup for supper tomorrow night. I was thinking the left over soup I could have over the weekend for extra meals or when I feel like eating something.

I think anyway doing the Low CArb Soup eating more than 3 days is not good. It is only meant to kick start some weight loss. I am so amazed that I have lost so much weight eating the soup two meals a day. I have lost 3.1kg since MOnday after being on a weight loss stall for weeks...... this is the best news that I have lost some weight.

My daughter wanted to make something here Moma bear can eat too. She made me some coconut oil fat bombs. As easy as mixing the coconut oil with cacao powder and a bit of sweetener and freezing it in silicon ice cube trays. Now to limit myself to only a few a day. ;)

LUCKY DOG I didnt feel like walking tonight but did it and walked the dog our usual 4km...... Once I got going it wasnt so bad.
