This message at the top here is so true. Lets hold onto this for this week in walking the LOW CARB JOURNEY....... never give up!
I was down another 400g on the scale this morning logging in at 76.4! May there be good news tomorrow morning again.
BREAKFAST was a wonderful Turkish breakfast with my family. Eggs with spicy sausage rings, tomato, cucumber, olives and feta cheese. Coffee and cream.
Had another coffee midd morning with cream.
LUNCH was roasted chicken pieces wrapped up in big lettuce leafs with cucumber and little bit of tomato and a good helping of mayonnaise.
I had another coffee with cream late afternoon.
I skipped supper as my lunch was large and I did not feel like eating.
I had allot of water today as the weather was super hot again. Also it was my turn to go with the kids to the soccer field this afternoon. I REALLY did not feel like exercising today..... was just totally lazy...... I pulled myself together and speed walked around the court while they were playing. I feel good about it now.
TOMORROW IS MONDAY another good start.
