I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 9 April
8th DAY OF MY CHALLENGE! Going strong drinking my water, walking my walk and eating LOW CARB INDUCTION!
BREAKFAST was 3 small fried eggs with grated cheese. Coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had another coffee whipped with a T of coconut oil.
LUNCH was 3 cups chopped lettuce with olive oil and 2T of ground Taco meat left over from earlier this week. Topped it off with mayonnaise.
Was at a meeting this afternoon and had a coffee there NO CREAM OR COCONUT OIL.
My friends baby died this afternoon so I didnt go out and walk the dog. I did walk my son to school and then fetched him again.......
SUPPER was a chicken breast with stir fried mushrooms and a squirt of mayonnaise for flavor.
Getting on the scale tomorrow morning. Will come and tell ;)
