I discovered that the dear mayonnaise I have been using has SUGAR in it...... I was sad this morning at my weigh in.... I PICKED UP 400g! Now more than ever I'm checking labels.... who would have thought that mayonnaise has sugar in it.
I drank my 1 1/2 liters of water today, stuck to pure INDUCTION ..... but oh I did not get to walk my 30 minutes..... What a day! From teaching school, cooking, packing and cleaning to shopping for locks for the new house..... I just did not make it.
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter with 2T of grated cheese. Coffee and cream.
Late morning I had 1 cup of cucumber circles with ranch dressing for a snack.
Had another coffee with coconut oil.
LUNCH was 3 cups of chopped lettuce, olive oil and half a cup spicy chopped sausage.
Midd afternoon I had another coffee with cream.
SUPPER was roasted chicken with cucumber, pickled cucumbers, tomato and ranch dressing.
Food is not high on the menu this season.... we are moving to a new house and it is totally crazy. I'm trying for all I can to stick to LOW CARB food as difficult as it is.
