I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 18 April
Was a busy day from my turn at school for Kindergarten lunch and cupcake decoration to a lovely roaming in the "pazar" looking for material. I got blue polka dot material to make kitchen curtains for our new home...... says allot about my life at this stage ;)
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter. Coffee and cream.
Had a coconut oil coffee midd morning.
LUNCH was on the run a salad with 3 cocktail hot dogs with cucumber and tomato with a good squirt of mayonnaise.
Had Turkish coffee in the pazar late afternoon.
SUPPER was a cauliflower crust pizza with spicy sausage circles and cheese.
I can't complain I love what I eat. Lately I just wish I had more time to put in an extra effort with my meals. That season will come again.........
