I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 16 April
I'm running on four burners here! This is probably on the biggest scale our family has ever moved....... I'm at the point where I'm so tempted to just stop packing and let be ;) I started with a sore throat last night.... hoping it will past. Low Carb wise I'm doing really well I HAVE NO TIME TO LET MYSELF GET INTO TEMPTATION :D
I walked into a store today and the security lady stopped and commented on how good I look. She said that she can see that I have lost a lot of weight. She actually congratulated me on my big weight loss. OK it felt good!
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter with feta cheese, coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had my coffee and coconut oil. I really enjoy this.
LUNCH was tuna salad with cheese cubes, 3 cups of lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
Midd afternoon I had a slice of cheese heated up in the microwave for a snack..... I should watch out I find myself EATING MORE AND MORE CHEESE AGAIN. Normally it gives me a weight stall.
Had a ruff afternoon out with my husband trying to find locks, corners etc. etc. for the new house....... Now I wish I had observed closer when my dad did all his practical work.... Good that in these hardware stores there are no food ;)
SUPPER was a green salad with tomato and ghurkins, chicken strips stir fried with spicy sausage. Life is getting more and more simple food wise as we are getting closer to our moving date.
I drank my 1 1/2 liters of water today and stuck to pure Induction. OH BUT I did not get to walk my walk........ I think I must be burning enough fat packing ;)
