I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 5 April
4TH DAY IN CHALLENGE - I had my liter and a half water, exercised my 30 minutes walking and purely stuck to INduction food (the hot dogs probably was not the best choice..... but it was NOT CAKE!)
Going strong!
Had a lovely picnic for my daughters Birthday today! The CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE was just marvelous tasting...... NO! I promise I did not even have one bite!
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter, a sprinkle of blue cheese and half an avocado. I had coffee with cream.
My midd morning coffee was with 1T of coconut oil. I can drink this for a long time! ;)
LUNCH was a picnic out with friends. I had 3 hot dog sausages, 5 cherry tomatoes and some cucumber sticks with mayonnaise.
Midd to late afternoon I enjoyed another coffee with cream.
SUPPER: my family is having pizza and I decided to make a chicken fillet with mayonnaise and nice peppadew salt. I will have 3 cups of lettuce with olive oil with this. Do not feel like cooking tonight. LAZY DAISY!
