I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 19 April
Barely can keep myself sitting up: Was a hard day cleaning at the new house again. Hopefully the end is in sight......
BREAKFAST was a lovely 2 egg omelette with cheese and spinach. 2 Mugs with coffee and cream.
LUNCH was a picnic sitting on the floor and standing around eating with our dear friends that came to help us clean the house. It was a potluck lunch. I had a few cocktail hotdogs with cold meat and cheese, cucumber and radish slices wrapped in little parcels. Rounded it off with mayonnaise.
SUPPER was again at another event WHAT A DAY! Was a potluck too. I had a lovely lettuce, tomato, cucumber and chicken salad. Had a small coffee to round it off.
Hoping to see some results on the scale Monday.
