I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 20 April
Had a lovely restful Sunday! Ready for the next week moving into our new home in the village.
BREAKFAST was an 2 egg omelette with blue cheese crumbles, cheddar cheese and spinach. I had 3 cups of coffee though the morning. But nothing further through the day.
LUNCH was midd afternoon - I had chicken pieces with a cucumber, tomato and pickled cucumbers salad.
I had a handful of almonds late afternoon and am going to skip supper tonight.
I am going to TAKE A TWO WEEK BREAK from the blog. We are moving this week and then we probably will not have internet for a few days. I will be sticking to LOW CARB and hoping to loose some weight while packing and then unpacking.
