I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 3 April
SECOND DAY OF CHALLENGE: I stuck strictly to Induction Food, had my 1 1/2 liters of water and walked my 30 minutes. Actually the walking was down the hill to the bazaar and then back carrying the weeks produce back up the hill. Was almost like attending the gym and doing weights ;) Then also I took the dog for a 3 1/2 kilometer FAST walk. WAY TO GO!
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter with half an avocado with salt. Coffee and cream.
My midd morning coffee was fully dressed with a T of coconut oil.
LUNCH was 2 cups of lettuce with olive oil and 2T of blue cheese crumbles and half a cup of sliced cucumbers.
Midd afternoon snack was 4 cherry tomatoes. Had another half a mug of coffee with 1T of coconut oil whisked to a froth.
SUPPER will be a chicken fillet fried in a pan with butter served with a cup of cabbage salad and Italian dressing and mayonnaise.
Have half a liter still to drink but will do that with supper tonight.
Reached my goals for today!
