Oh no! I discovered that the mayonnaise I have been eating so abundantly..... HAS SUGAR IN IT AND A LOT OF IT! I assumed it was like all the other mayonnaise I have been getting that has a carb count of about 2 for 100g....... Oh well this will help me to keep an eye on my labels.

BREAKFAST was a two egg omelette with spinach and cheese. Lovely! I had coffee and cream with it.
I took a coffee with cream on the road to my son's soccer practice later in the morning.
We attended church late morning and a funeral afterwards.... There were allot to eat but it was all cake and carbs..... I just skipped and kept my supper at home in mind ;)
SUPPER was 3 Turkish meat fingers with lots of lettuce, olive oil, ranch dressing, cucumber and a bit of tomato.
