I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 15 April
Came home at six tonight literally crawling in the door. Today was the first big cleaning day in our new house..... I came home to a FULL SUPPER COOKED even for my Low Carb needs by my sweet daughter. I was so happy!
BREAKFAST was 2 fried eggs in butter with grated cheese. Coffee and cream. I took another coffee in my travel mug on the road.
LUNCH was devoured. My daughter packed us lunch. I had turkey cold meat wrapped around cheese fingers with cucumber sticks. Was a good lunch at our new house picnicing on the balcony.
Midd afternoon I had instant coffee (all we had) with cream.
SUPPER was chicken stir fried in onion with zucchini and eggplant chips in the oven. This was so good with a drizzle of mayonnaise.
Feel like something sweet tonight..... Would just have to skip! ;)
