I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 6 April
5TH DAY OF THE CHALLENGE! YIP I walked the dog for 40 minutes today 4.5 kilometers! Drank my one and a half liter of water and sticked to INDUCTION food! On my way!
I'm so amazed time and again how easy it is to PICK UP WEIGHT in one day.... and how many days-weeks it takes to loose it again......
Weight loss is not for the impatient....... I expect sudden results.... OH WELL! A girl can hope and dream ;)
BREAKFAST was 2 egg omelette with spinach and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. 2 Mugs of coffee and cream.
LUNCH was oven baked zucchini and eggplant slices with smoked Dutch cheese (a treat from my husband). Was absolutely delicious.
Had a mug of coffee whisked with 1T of coconut oil.
SUPPER was 3 cups of chopped lettuce, with olive oil and half a tin of tuna.
Was a good day!
TOMORROW MORNING I'M WEIGHING IN FOR THE FIVE DAYS OF INDUCTION!
