7TH DAY OF THE INDUCTION CHALLENGE! This little steam train was struggling today. I kept on track but just had to keep telling myself KEEP GOING YOU HAVE COME THIS FAR YOU CAN NOT GIVE IN GO FOR 100 DAYS!
So late this afternoon I grabbed the dog and went for my half and hour brisk walk, drank my one and a half liter of water and stuck to purely induction food today! YES!
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter. I never get tiered of eating eggs for breakfast. My favorite meal of the day. I had some left over salad from last night a bit of cucumber and tomato and a bit of cheese with the eggs. Had one and a half mugs of coffee with cream.
Late morning I made my favorite a mug of coffee whipped with 1T of coconut oil.
LUNCH was 2 cups of chopped lettuce with about 2T of blue cheese and 2T of olive oil.
Midd afternoon I had another cup of coffee with cream - I should have made it with coconut oil but was to lazy to get everything out to get the coconut oil whipped. I know what a lazy WOMAN!
SUPPER will be DIET COKE chicken! Yip the real deal! with vegetable stir fry. I used green beans, cauliflower, zucchini, mushrooms and lots of garlic.
Now I find myself struggling with portion size again. I have set a few rules for myself to make sure..... even though I'm eating induction food I can eat too much at a time. LOW CARB is definitely not a all you can eat buffet. I decided not at any time to have seconds and my protein at any given meal should be fitting in the palm of my hand. With vegetables not to have more than one cup if I had two cups of salad for lunch. PORTION CONTROL is very sad but I think if helps to drop KILOGRAMS!
