I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 7 April
Delighted I'm down 600g for the 5 day CHALLENGE! I was hoping I would have lost more but every 100g makes a difference. I think I'm going to keep going and see if I can reach 100 days without falling out of Induction! I have drank my one and a half liters of water today and did my 30 minutes of walking. I didnt walk the dog but walked my son to school and fetched him this afternoon.
BREAKFAST was two fried eggs with feta cheese and a cup of sliced cucumber. One mug of coffee with cream.
Midd morning I had a mug of coffee with a T coconut oil.
LUNCH was 3 cups of chopped lettuce with some smoked cheese crumbled over with 2T of olive oil.
We are moving at the end of this month and I have been packing in between the home schooling and everything else. I actually didnt have my usual coffee with coconut oil this afternoon. I definitely could feel the hunger just grab me late afternoon. The coconut oil really keeps me full.
I was starving late afternoon and had 10 black olives and 1T of feta cheese.
SUPPER will be Taco's at our home. I will make a taco salad. Lettuce as the base with a bit of tomato, grated cheese, ground beef and mayonnaise to top it off.
