I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 12 April
Wow it was a hard working day PACKING! I got a lot done but am knackered!
BREAKFAST was 3 small eggs fried in butter with 2T of grated cheese. Coffee and cream.
Late morning I had my coffee and coconut oil. I was hoping it would give me a good kick in energy.
LUNCH was left over cauliflower salad from yesterday with a tin of tuna on top.
I had another coffee and cream midd afternoon.
SUPPER was a great treat as a neighbor invited us over for supper. She made a puff pastry pie with cheese and tomato. I scooped the cheese and tomato off the pie base and enjoyed eating it with a big helping of the lettuce salad.
I didn't walk my 30 minutes of exercise today but after packing all day it feels like I did an hour of walking...I think I got a good workout in ;). I drank my 1 1/2 liters of water and stuck to pure Induction.
