THIRD DAY OF CHALLENGE: I only ate Induction food: YES! I drank one and a half liter of water: YES! half a liter left over for the evening. I walked for 20 minutes exercise: YES!
I'm on my way. Can't wait to get on the scale on Monday! So far so good!
What a day! Getting ready for a birthday party for my 15 year old daughter. Baking a chocolate mousse cake........ I SAY NO MORE! Cake in the air mixed with my family's pizza! TEMPTATIONS! But I am not going to eat it........
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs with a T of crumbled feta cheese and half an avocado. Had one mug of coffee just like that...... had another one with cream.
LUNCH was 2 cups of lettuce chopped. Cucumber slices, olives, a bit of grated cheese mixed with tuna SALAD! Dressed with olive oil.
Was at Ikea for coffee with a friend and the cheese cake looked so good..... I stood strong and enjoyed two mugs of coffee.
SUPPER was a chicken fillet with mayonnaise with chopped olives and green peppers. Had the last of the left over coleslaw. Simple supper on the run.
