SEPTEMBER 12


Oeeeee what a day! I was only doing two meals today! It went much better than I thought it would be.

I decided to kick the scale and only weigh on Monday again.

BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried with circles of spicy sausage. I had half a tomato sliced, and half a cup cucumber circles with a sprinkle of cheese. This is actually a typical Turkish breakfast. I didn't have olives though - tomorrow morning! Coffee and cream.

I had a coffee midd morning with 1t sugar free flavored coffee creamer. I was out and took my coffee along.

LUNCH was out shopping for school stuff and sorting out my son's school papers at the municipality. Turkish school is starting on Monday and it's quite the prep. We ate at a little place in town. I had a bed of lettuce with sliced ghurkins, tomato and shaved chicken with lots of mayonnaise.

At first I thought I was not going to make it only on two meals a day.  I am actually very surprised at how easy it is to have only two meals a day. I ate more for breakfast and lunch to make up extra protein and fat.

My family had s divine pizza for supper and I sat there really not hungry enjoying a tall glass of water. After supper we all went down to the sport field..... I sat talking with a neighbor. No, I didn't play soccer or walked the dog this evening. Tomorrow my husband is going to run 30km and I will go speed walking  4km at the sea with the kids.

Will see how the two meals go tomorrow. All the best dear friends going into the weekend Low Carbing.
