I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

SEPTEMBER 10
Fighting to get back to 75.2....... ahw the honey glazed pork circles are really working me..... I am amazed at how door dead I stall and then it takes me for ever to get out of it.
I had an interesting experience today. Our family went to buy school clothes this afternoon. The lady in the store asked what my husband do for a job. We started talking about Life Coaching. She said: "Your husband are definitely not coaching you, is he?" she then showed with her arms like I'm totally fat meaning I'm too fat to be thin and healthy........ Ouch! At times like this I wanted to tell her how far I have come...... I was actually thinking how good I look today ;)
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter.
Midd morning I had 1T of blue cheese to pull me over to lunch. Also I made coffee with 2T of coconut oil.
LUNCH was 3 cups lettuce leafs with olives and feta cheese, olive oil, black pepper and pink salt.
I had a wonderful cup of coffee with 1t of flavored coffee creamer.
We were out this afternoon shopping for school clothes. I had a cup of Turkish tea in a store.
SUPPER was roasted chicken and I folded strips into big lettuce leafs with cucumber, tomato, pepper and ghurkins. Rounded it off with mayonnaise.
I didn't go walking the dog tonight we had guests come over unexpectedly - I was so looking forward to the walk out and the exercise. Oh well tomorrow is a good day for walking. The weather has turned hot in the thirties weather again and I am enjoying lots of water.
I had such a good week and the week before loosing 2 kilograms the one after the other....... Now I was hoping to loose another kilogram this week........ Thinking of making some of the low carb chicken soup for extra meals.
