SUNDAYS are great. I find it very easy with food on Sundays as we are normally out and about at church and not much food around.
Breakfast was 2 boiled egg salad with mayonnaise served on the "bun in a mug" with cucumber and bits of tomato, coffee and cream. Was so good.
Lunch was midd afternoon as we barbecued. I had a large chicken fillet with 1 link of spicy sausage. I wrapped pieces of meat in lettuce leaves and had mayonnaise with it. Had 1 piece of dark chocolate for dessert.
I will skip supper tonight as my lunch was big. For the rest of the day I will have water and hoping for the best on the scale tomorrow morning.
